Your pickup day
Trash and recycling are collected on the same day every week. Place carts at the curb by 7 a.m., lids closed, with at least three feet between them.

Holiday weeks
When a city holiday falls on a weekday, pickups after the holiday move one day later. Friday routes run Saturday. Riverbend Alerts can send you a reminder before each holiday week.
Fall leaf collection
Leaf collection runs from the first week of November through mid-December. Rake leaves to the curb by 7 a.m. on your pickup day, in a loose pile at least three feet from carts. Keep leaves out of the street and storm drains.
Missed pickup?
If your cart was out by 7 a.m. and wasn't collected, report a missed pickup by the next business day, or call (555) 014-7000 ext. 3.
